Hi fellow weight watchers! I am about to go back on the ww plan after putting on weight whilst weaning my 14 month from the breast. I had previously done quite well doing ww while breastfeeding, but now i have cut down on feeds and am eating all the pies i am finding i am putting on weight gradually. I want to nip it in the bud (so to speak) and lose the excess half stone before it turns into stones! I will be doing it from home, so does anyone know how many points i should be having? I am 9 stone 6, and breastfeeding only once a day?
