When a bit of you is saying "go on... Eat the cake. You know you want to. Go on!" How do you say "no!" And walk away? Am trying cutting out wheat as advised by another poster, and that -- combined with a few days of illness -- has dropped me a couple of pounds. But tonight I blew it, and ate cake. A lot. How do you guys get yourselves in control? What motivates you? x
I just think of how I will feel after I have troughed the cake (which is pretty shit) and try and put it out of my mind. I don't have stuff like that in the house usually so the temptation isn't there. Tis hard though!
