Hello ladies. Is anyone keeping a food diary at the moment. i've been exercising quite a bit to try and lose the tummy (which I can't now say is baby weight considering my 'baby' turned five on Sunday!) but don't seem to be able to out train my tummy. But I hate dieting. Was thinking of keeping a food diary but not sure if it's going to do much, just shame me into not eating so much? haha. Kind of want someone to tell me what's bad and what to change really, what do you all do with yours?
