Need to shift a ton of weight - lost stone and a half last year with diet and Shred but have lapsed dreadfully eating rubbish and it has pretty much gone back on
Found a Jason Vale book of FILs so thought I'd give this a go to kick-start a new healthy regime, before getting back on with the Shred. Has anyone tried it? How did you do? And come and join me - please?? Will be starting tomorrow with the three day detox thing.
Just think - could get at least a stone off by Xmas, if not more [hopeful emoticon!]
