well its been about a year since i posted on this thread!.. i got to my weight watchers goal last year on sept 1st, going from 15st to my goal weight of 10st10lb. i then lost a bit more weight and got down to my smallest of 9st13lbs, only managed to be there for a week though!
i tended to sit around 10st 1-2lbs which i was really happy with, but recently i seem to have lost it! ive put on a lot of weight since june... weighed myself at the begining of the week and i was 10st 11.5lbs.. so been good and this morning i was 10.10 again.
just really struggiling with the whole dieting thing! i need to get this extra weight off, but have lost all motivation! help me
