I've lost half a stone in the last 5 weeks and am feeling really good and full of energy, but I'm chronically hungry When I used to diet, the hunger was never a problem and would wear off, but that was years ago.
Does the feeling ever wear off, or am I stuck like this forever?
I'm drinking plenty of fluids btw, so it's not dehydration.
My treat is a cup of cocoa (Green and Blacks) made with skimmed milk. Hot, fills me (well, a little!) comforts me, and a bit of a chocolate hit as well. Takes my mind off the hunger, and gives me some extra calcium as well. I only recently discovered that you dont need to add sugar if you use cocoa as opposed to drinking chocolate.
