Need help shifting a stone...

Hi all - just after some advice really. I have 2 DCs, 2.7 and 7 months, and work about 20 hours a week from home, so mostly evenings or nap times. My DH works long hours and does nights, so often not home til 2am and obv sleeps in. So much as I love exercising and used to be a total gym junkie and keen runner, I genuinely don't have time. I'm about a stone heavier than I would like and finding it impossible!! I've always loved my food but pre-DC I could get away with it because of exercising. I guess I am just after diet tips from fellow time-poor mums! My DH likes meat and veg type meals - a meatless meal would be horrifying for DH!! - and I just don't want to be making separate meals. I eat healthily, lots of fruit and veg, limit sugar etc - but do love lots of fatty things.
Help me!!!

Get bags of prepared salad to have for lunch/as snacks (seriously as satisfying as crisps, I swear!) and just halve your portions or just don't make the meat part for your own dinner. Instead of what you would normally have, cut it into 3 pieces and just eat one piece. Don't eat what the kids leave, ever!

Can you take the DCs running without in a jog-y pram, or take them swimming once or twice a week? Even just stuff like skipping in the garden while they play etc would help, and give them a great image to grow up with, of Mummy who makes time for exercise etc.
