FODMAP diet for ibs when low carbing

Ive been low carb one way or another for over 18 months so I'm pretty committed to it. I know I can't eat wheat because of digestive symptoms but my insides are still complaining and I think I'll have to do an exclusion diet to see what else is affecting me. Hoping to see a gastroentlogist soon for guidance but has anyone done this? I would love to hear about it.

I have ulcerative colitis and IBS and my symptoms virtually disappeared when I was on the Dukan diet - its a shame it was so restrictive that I found it really difficult to stick to.
