ZWOW 33

This is the latest workout. I want to do it every day this week.

The ZWOWs (Zuzana's workout of the week - I think) are meant to be repeated how ever many times that week you want to do. I want to do it every day this week. She does a new one each week. She is easiest to find on Facebook.

I have done them before and got nicely toned from her but haven't had the motivation in a while.

Who'll do it with me?

For me it's about toning and strength but people seem to be losing weight too.

I love her. I want her abs and arms. I will do it with you! I'm currently healing from a sprained ankle but I'll start at the weekend.

Are you going to keep it up every day? I think I can commit to 4 times per week.

I'm gonna do my first one in a few mins. I'm also following it up with an ab workout that I found on youtube a while ago.
This one. Doing that ab workout after old bodyrock workouts I was getting a decent six pack!! grin It's gone now though...

Yeah bodyrock changed when she left. Now they use far too much expensive equipment and have complicated workouts.

I did it last night.

I managed two rounds plus a full set of side lunge burpees and 2 reps of the second exercise.

Will try to improve that tonight!

Plus I only managed half of the abs workout. If I do this workout on it's own I do two full rounds.

Oh well done you! I want the abs - cheering to hear you were developing a six pack doing these workouts plus the abs. And half is still pushing your body to its limit so still doing the trick smile

I agree re bodyrock - it has lost some of its personal, down to earth approach. It doesn't inspire me anymore, but Zuzana still does! I was even thinking about her WOW today at work. Sad.

Stupid ankle has not been getting any better for the last 3 days. Aches constantly despite codeine and is bruised all the way down to my toes on both sides of the ankle. Bah!

It was more the ab workout that was getting the six pack but the workouts help tone in general so were helping me see them more.

Bodyrock made a good move recently in getting an other skinny girl in to do the workouts who shows no sign of wanting a boob job/ fake hair. I know Zuzana has false boobs and about her porn past, but for some reason Lisa-Marie seemed more offensive. Possibly for the way she went about the whole thing.

They are doing yoga now though if you are interested in that.

Aha I have the JM 6 week abs (more like 6 months in my case) which I have done half of once, and then did my back in. But I think I might get back into it.

I did a short session at the gym yesterday - just 15 pressups, 30 abs exercises, 15 military presses (times 2). Am slightly aching today which is a great feeling. I've been on holidays for a month before my ankle so really feel out of it, but will aim for every second day this week. I was a bit lost at the gym yesterday so am going to write down ZWOW and take it with me.

I completely agree about the fake boobs and hair. I lost all interest, and haven't even seen the other new skinny girl. I might have a look at the yoga as I've done a bit of Bikram, but am less interested in yoga at home because I cheat! blush

Are you doing ZWOW33? I've written it down and going to give a shot at the gym tomorrow. Lets hope I can complete at least 2 reps!

Sorry I haven't been here, Did my ab workouts (15 reps of each) and woke up the following day with a very sore stomach indeed. had to take a couple of days off. Can't do 33 as I have no weights so will stick at 32 for the rest of this week.

How did you get on with 33?

I did 2 rounds but with no side lunges as my ankle is still swollen and sore. Also had a bit of trouble with the burpee jumps etc because of that.

I think it held me back too much because I'm not sore at all and wasn't all that tired afterwards.

I will strap my ankle next time (nothing like a bit of forethought) and try three reps. I'm exceptionally grumpy with Virgin Active at the moment though as they've taken (loads of) money out of my account for PT which I'd cancelled, and now giving me the runaround trying to get it back angry.

What abs workout are you doing? I can do that at home with a sore ankle. Am falling off the health wagon tonight though - I have just made tiffin slice for my team tomorrow (the honest reason is: I made it for me blush).

Oh.My.Word that guy has the most amazing abs! He has perfect control over each move, unlike me who swings up to the positions etc.

Wow. I can see why you might hurt after that workout! I'm going to try it tomorrow and see how many days it takes me to recover shock

Oh dear. I am not doing very well with this.

I have finally started sorting my house out and have put all my energy into staying organised and my workouts have gone out of the window.

OK SO I start again as of now. For a week of 32. That workout tonight and the abs. Yes. Yes, I will.

Ah! I can't remember, but I doubt it...am single with no kids so there's not much to organise and plenty of time to do it.

I can feel my abs, but only a little, today. I'm going to the gym tomorrow after work so will do ZWOW 34 or 35 and then the full abs routine. Plus cycle to work and back (an hour in total). Then I can only go on Wednesday and then Saturday - busy week. Maybe I should get up early in the morning one day. Yep, ok Friday I'll do it as well.

How's the house sorting?
