I lost over 4 stone last year on Herbalife & 30DS but after a little break this year, went on just a low carb diet - no exercise except a bit of walking- (Biwi's boot camp except I was never that strict!) & have now lost nearly 5 stone in all. Would actually recommend low carb over Herbalife, as I now realise I'm totally addicted to sugar. Plus the hunger I felt on Herbalife makes the whole experience worse. My Bmi is currently 22 (was 31.7) but I still want to lose a bit more as I'm a slight build. Good luck!
As the subject says really! Has anyone had good results. I've a friend whose lost 22lbs in 7 weeks but would like to know of other success stories before I sign up. Need to lose about 1.5 stone in about 7 weeks but will then go on to a more healthy eating plan, ie Weight Watchers.
