Have any of you lovely ladies read this book? Have just purchased this and am very keen to get started when I get back from holidays.
I love how this is a healthy life plan, NOT a diet. I've also found his studies and research very interesting. Particularly the case study of 5000 children, most of whom ended up having cancer in later life (reportedly) due to poor diet choices!
I'm also very impressed by the fact that this Dr is held in very high esteem by Dr's from across America (including Dr Oz, of Oprah fame) and he has no controversy or scandal associated with his lifestyle plan.
I have decided I'm going to be steadfast in doing this for 6 weeks. Anyone wish to join me?!
Hi SS, I see this post is a bit old, but I wondered if you did the ETL plan and how it went? I also read this book and it made complete sense to me, and I'm just embarking on it again - I did it for 2 weeks and lost 5 kilos and felt amazing! Be happy to share any tips and motivation!
