The lovely Listmeister GetOrfMyLand is still poorly, so her spreadsheet duties have been passed on to FiddleDeFat, who has done a sterling job.

Share your results here, but post on the spreadsheet as well

As FiddleDeFat says, "just enter your weight (in pounds) in the column under the appropriate date. I've left it so anyone can edit it, so if any details in the white boxes are wrong, just change them. Don't touch the blue columns. "

If you mess with the blue columns Piste, it will magically and mysteriously add 6lbs to your weight. Grin

Just a note for any newcomers who are not on the list yet. You can add a new row to the spreadsheet and then add your name and weight, and drag the formula down from the entry above. You will have to input a weight from the start of Bootcamp though, (in columns B, D, G, K and O) otherwise the formulas won't work properly.

If anyone doesn't feel comfortable doing this, just say if you want me to add your details when posting your weight here.

I do have a copy, but no-one's going to fuck it up - are they?!!!! I'll double check it all once everyone has posted their fabulous weight loss.

3.3lbs off this week (over 3lbs gained last week) - can safely say a lot of that was water but I'm very pleased I seem to be maintaining nicely, being back to 2lbs below target!!

Finally a loss and I am in the 9's - just !! 9.13.8 for me this morning. I was not well at the end of last week but despite feeling grim I stuck to it , drank my water even if I did not feel like eating and tried to have something at each mealtime, even if it was only a mouthful.

I am so pleased that the scales are moving again. Thanks so much BIWI for making sure we don't lose heart.

83.1 this morning which I think is my lightest so far.

Have looked to update the spreadsheet but not sure what conversion you're using from KG to LB - as everything I tried made me heavier than last week - and I think I'm .5lb down...... (insert confused emoticon if I knew how to do those funny square braket things...)

AND, the wii fit is telling me that I now have a BMI in the 'ideal' range. Smile
