Today I start the lonnng slow, and hard battle to lose 5 stone.

I've had it, I can't be this fat anymore.

Enough is enough.

Well done for making that decision. I'll also join you if that is OK. I'm going back to WW tomorrow hopefully. Have lost nearly 4 stone with 3.5 St to go. It was a stone more but had very stressful summer and piled it back on which ai swore I would never do again.

I'm not sure if I'll start WW. I'm going to just try the eat less move more approach and see how far that takes me. I'm aiming to lose the 1st stone by Christmas.

Also, cut out carbs and cola! They're my two biggest vices.

I'm going swimming 3 times a week as well.

I've also hung up my ok'd favourite dress (size 10) on my wardrobe door so it's there to keep me motivated when I wake up in the morning.

Ooo good idea on the dress. I've just pulled out a size 14 pair of jeans as my next target.

Well done Wynken on your loss so far. I've just lost my baby weight (2.5lb) through walking and BFing, but now DD is 5 months and supply is well established I'm static. I joined WW online because I can't be arsed I'm too busy being a new mum.

Have skunk back into WW, have lost 3st 9.5lbs. Could kick myself really but need to leave the past few months behind me.

Am aiming for 15lbs by Christmas and am going to start swimming again.

Hi can I join too? I am now at my heaviest ever (apart from pregancy), I feel so fat Sad. I am thinking of joining WW too as a friend of mine has done really well on the diet and I could do with the moral support. I'm feeling really deflated now and all I want to do is eat cake Blush

Could I join in too? I think in kg, but I need to lose about 10kg. That's about 1.5 stone.

I am sadly one of those people who put on lots of weight when pregnant, but DD2 is now 4 months and I need to start getting this shifted. My clothes don't fit and I have no chin.

Hello ladies! Good day for me today. Didn't snack on crap and made dinner from scratch (beef hotpot) with a thin pastry crust to make it a bit naughty. Delicious! Promised DH a crumble for dessert on Sunday so have a treat to look forward to.

Off to a good start today did a work out before breakfast, very proud of myself! Although did have 6 year old DD telling me be careful mommy you dont want to hurt yourself!

Hi can I join too I gave a whopping 7 stone to lose, started WW two weeks ago and have lost 11.5 llbs but am keeping quiet about it in real life so would be good to have some virtual support here !

Can I join too please? I have 3 stone to lose and am also aiming for a stone by Christmas. I whinge all the time about wanting to lose weight and hardly any of my clothes fit but usually stick to 'diets' for a few days tops (have had success in the past with Scottish Slimmers and with slimming world but always goes back on). I just plan to try to eat more healthily (not hard, am awful at the moment) and do some kind of exercise every day - probably mainly walking with baby though also plan to restart couch to 5k soon. Am on mat leave and would love to be significantly slimmer and feeling better about myself when I go back to work at the start of February.
