I thought I would try the Harcombe Diet as I am a poor sleeper and I thought I may have hypoglyceamia. She talks about the ravaging food cravings, I thought I love my wine, fruit and tea. I've cut all out plus wheat and dairy. I'm left after 4 days with no cravings, no headaches, bloating (i thought it was meant to cure it not cause it) and awful breath. i've only lost 3lbs and to be honest I am often this weight normally when I have done lots of exercise. Not impressed so far. I just don't fancy food if its more yoghurt and bacon and eggs.
