if I want to lose weight I eat porridge for breakfast and lunch (when I am at home)
or low carb it?
Can you exercise as well?

when I shake off this cough I can get back in the gym

I was doing three times a week at the gym doing cardio and weights twice and just cardio for the other one and two classes

I also have a treadmill

I was thinking jeeny craig just to take the thinking out of it for a bit
re the food side of it

we have builders here at the mo but they are family so I'm cooking for them too and they are meat men with assive appetites so I would be cooking seperately for me anyway

just thought the meals delivered would give me a head start to focus on exercise aswell with the food thinking having been taken care of

Noooo - it's really expensive and you'll end up buying other food and eating it anyway Grin

I'm a slimming world convert - it's the only thing in the last 20 few years that has, so far, helped me to lose weight.

Seems to be essentially very low fat, high protein, fairly low carb.
