Summer was easy - non fat yoghurt and fruit for breakfast and a nice big salad for lunch.Im cold, i dont want salad for lunch now, and strawberries for breakfast doesnt seem a nice.Low carb, quick and cheap ideas needed
Packed lunch: Soup with protein for lunch, take in flask if can't heat up at work - pulses, chicken soup, fish chowder.
not sure if I can help with low-carb but it's got to be porridge on cold mornings! Lunch - soup for sure with plenty of veg and chicken, etc. Omelette or scrambled egg for breakfast with grilled tomato/mushrooms?
