Hi all, I have just started slimming world and it seems like I am eating tons which has got me wondering if I'm doing it right.... I'm breastfeeding my 10 week old so get 6 healthy extras but i seem to have to make a bit of an effort to eat these and quite often cant get through them all. Should I be eating free/syn made up meals and have healthy extras on top? I just cant believe how much I am eating!
Id find 6 HE so easy to use. A sprinkle of pumpkin seeds on a salad. Milk for tea an coffee and a portion of cheese. Weetibix with milk.
