Foreveronadiet - This may make me sound like a loony stalker but I have been loitering for a few days after not being on MN for quite sometime. I keep seeing your posts come up and have found them very informative. I am very impressed with your weight loss Smile.I am 5'4" and need to lose at least 2 stone. I know you follow a low carb/calories controlled diet. WHta did you do about snacks? Exercise?

Hiya! Don't mind you stalking! Come and join myfitnesspal thread, give your username - I'll befriend you and then you can see what I eat (although don't log at weekends now am at target).

Now I eat apples and pears or berries as snacks. Other options 25g cashews, 50g cottage cheese (or oatcake maybe?) greek yoghurt, roasted soya beans 10g.

OOh thanks Blush. Feel very stupid contacting a total stranger about weight loss but you are most inspiring. Anyway, I am starting to scare myself now.I shall go and have a quick peak at that thread now. Thanks for the info.

handbagandshoes - have befriended you, if you want feedback, make diary public and add comments when you finalise for day that you want feedback, would only comment if you actually want feedback etc!
