Slimming World Books

Hello , i have always wanted to do slimming world but i just can get my head around it. I would appreciate if someone can send me a slimming world ebook(s).

You might be able to get some books on eBay I think?
I have lost 3 stone on SW. There are 3 plans to choose from.Red days,Green days and Extra Easy days.
I have only done Extra Easy so I'm not sure about the red/green.
Why don't you buy the SW magazine (in most newsagents). It explains the plans and even has a sample 7 day meal planner.
On a typical day I will have..
Breakfast mullerlight and fruit

Lunch ham sandwich/soup

Tea Spag Bol/chilli con carne/pasta and a curly wurly for pudding!
