I kind of feel at a loss as to what to do now... The website is a bit confusing... I was hoping I'd be able to plan meals around my point allowance, etc. but there doesn't seem to be a clear place to do this... Anyone else in the same boat? I've got 1st 8pounds to lose
Come onto the WW Propoints thread.. you'll get lots of advice there.
I go to meetings, so not sure about the online membership, but you shouldget a daily points allowance (minimum is 29), and then a weekly allowance of 49 you can spend as you want. Everything has a points value , but some( fruit, most veg) has a value of nil, so you can eat as much as you want. There will be a calculator on there somewhere, or you can google "propoints calculator" and one will come up which will give you a points value for each item, based on carbs, protein, fibre and fats .
The diea is to eat a balanced diet, with points spent throughout the day, including wholegrain stuff and loads of water.
