I newly have access to a gym for 3 times a week, for about 1.5hrs at a time.
I've only just started so I've been using the treadmill as I don't mind running and it seems to be the best calorie burner at about 500cals per session.
My real problem areas though are my super-wobbly backside and thighs, and I have terrible cellulite - so ideally I'd love to find out which machines/weights would be best to target these areas.
I've tried googling but haven't come up with much, so I thought I'd see if there were any experts on here!
Any suggestions of how to best use my time would be much appreciated.
