Hello, i need some help and inspiration! I am doing slimming world as a vegetarian - what can I eat?! I am getting bored with quorn and eggs (am I right that the quorn sausages and mince is 'free'?) Does anyone know if the Cauldron sausages and Tesco soya mince are 'free'? Also are there any low 'syn' nut cutlets out there? Any other ideas? Thanks!
