What do you think a Core Stability class would entail?

I have booked to go on Sunday morning - it's only for half an hour, but I have no idea what sort of exercises it will be.

I really need to strengthen my core as my pelvic floor and abs are ludicrously a bit weak grin.

Any ideas?

Maybe using an exericse ball, probably some floor work and stretching.

Thanks, just wanted to have a bit of an idea so I am not going in there blind!

bit like pilates. Some do it on mats on the floor, legs in air, holding muscles in etc. Very good and surprisingly difficult! And very helpful in the pelvic floor and tummy department!
