Hello - should just add I don't work for MyNetDiary or anything!
Just started this last week, have the app on my android phone and use the website. Very easy to use and you can record all foods and activity- to the nth degree if you want to with fat, fibre, protein etc, basically even morer detail than on some of the <cough> paid for weight loss sites.
I've lost 6lbs in the first week, yes I know 1-2 lbs a week is healthy but I feel really good and nutritionally speaking I think I'm eating enough.
On a couple of days I ate more than my calorie 'allowance' and I had quite a bit of wine over the weekend so don't feel too deprived. We'll see how it goes but it was a great first week.
