30 Day Shred - who is the oldest one doing it?

I am on Level 2 Day 7. I am very careful about my knees so my attempt at the lunges is a bit feeble, and I do the easy version of the plank jacks and squat thrusts.

I am 51 - perhaps I'm too old for this? MIL thinks I should do "a bit of gentle Keep Fit, dear..."

Anyone else doing it who's as old as/older than me?

I bought it for my MIL (in her mid 60s) as doctor recommended weight bearing exercise. She bought some hand weights in argos and didn't know where to start! She does it on the easy level but is enjoying it.
