Thanks to some lovely Mumsnetters I've been pointed in the direction of this great sounding diet. I need some delish recipes for the first two phases pleeeease
I generally manage to adapt normal recipes for protein and veggies days eg spag bol using lean mince (or chicken mince) and use cauliflower as the pasta!Or stir fries, and actually they don't need rice after all.Or make ratatouille and serve with white fish.Salmon with steamed veggies.Salad with "dressing" made from flaked makeral, fromage frais, mustard, balsamic & soy sauce.Spanish omelette.Tuna muffins as snacks - basically oatbran, eggs, cottage cheese (or yoghurt) and flaked tuna baked in silicone cupcakes.
