I am a Wagamama...any idea on syn values?

Hello...hope fellow slimming worlders can help..I had a "lost" hour in Wagamama today and accidently ate a Chicken Ramen. Any idea on syn values? I ate it all apart from the broth so am hoping thats the bit with all the fat! ( I know thats not likely!!)
