How many pro points?

nbee84 · 15/07/2011 20:46

I've bought quite a few ww meals and bits and bobs as I'm busy at work and need something quick and it stops me going straight for the unhealthy bits - and it was on special offer in the supermarket Smile

I went to ww a few years back before the pro points, so don't know quite how they work.

I'm 5ft 4 and 11st 5 and would like to get down to under 10st.

Hi I attended a ww meeting a few months ago. The pro points plan is a lot better, basically the heathier the food the lower the points, rather than the old system where a banana had more points than a ww chocolate bar. All fruit and veg are free, there are some that have points but I cannot remember which they are. Unfortunately they now calculate the points for you, I think they have cottoned onto the fact that people share information. It is based on more than just your weight and height now as well. Good look with the weight loss. Limy

Thanks Limy.

I guessed that the points calculation would be quite personal. I was just hoping that someone with similar stats to me would spot this and divulge Grin.

I would say I am averagely active.

I am your height, your points allowance would very likely be 29 a day plus 49 optional points a week. if you can get hold of a little plastic ww pro points calculator on eBay it will calculate your allowance and points values of foods too.

Yup
29 a day seems to be what we are all on- you are not massively overweight so should be about right
49 extra for the week as mycat said!
