Hi I attended a ww meeting a few months ago. The pro points plan is a lot better, basically the heathier the food the lower the points, rather than the old system where a banana had more points than a ww chocolate bar. All fruit and veg are free, there are some that have points but I cannot remember which they are. Unfortunately they now calculate the points for you, I think they have cottoned onto the fact that people share information. It is based on more than just your weight and height now as well. I am your height, your points allowance would very likely be 29 a day plus 49 optional points a week. if you can get hold of a little plastic ww pro points calculator on eBay it will calculate your allowance and points values of foods too.
