For every pound u need to loose u need to create a calorie deficit of 3500! So in nine weeks, for a healthy weight loss I would do a restricted calorie intake determined by ur current weight and LOTS of exercise!! Good luck x
Low carb - I mean no white food AND small portions of unrefined carbs.
I get my carbs from pulses, fruit (only 2 pieces a day), veggies, and fat free dairy.
Normal weekday for me: 2 eggs plus yoghurt & oatbran for breakfast apple mid morning Tuna / smoked salmon/ sardine/ other fish with salad for lunch pear mid afternoon Yoghurt at 6pm Dinner - lean protein, loads of veggies and maybe some pulses, or brown rice (small portion) other night just lean protein, chopped tomatoes and veggies.
Now I am in maintenance I have a treat after dinner - but for now try and stick to a yoghurt or similar.
