just had my first session of hypnosis gastric band

and it was totally crap! The guy was totally disorganised and disagreeable. He's obviously self-taught and has read too many self help books: any time I said 'I hope so' or 'hopefully' he'd correct me and say 'no! what you feel is what you think which is how you behave' AArrgh! He really irritated me and when the hypnosis bit started he put on that really irritating pseudo american hypnotist voice. I have no faith in any of the work he did. He was totally unprofessional. Oh well was worth a try. Off to have a curry.

oh dear - but for this sort of treatment probably best to get personal recommendation... I hope you refused to pay.

No someone bought me three sessions as a gift. I've looked at his webpage and says he's registered with the British assoc of hypos but he's not on there. Could he really be a charlatan?
