Weightwatchers - old v's new!

Sorry if this has been asked before.
I have decided I finally need to diet again and dug out all my old weight watcher stuff. I lost about 3 stone on it about 9 years ago. Since have my 2 DSs I have put most of it back on.
Anyway a friend was telling me about the new pro points and I am wondering if I should get myself along to a group and try the new system.
Has anyone done both? Is the new system much different/better?
Also I can't remember how much exercise equals extra points?
Thanks for any help!

The new system is much better in my opinion.

I would either go along to a group, or sign up and pay to do it online if I were you. I've lost nearly 4 stone since October. Grin

Wow! Thats fab, well done.
I was just thinking maybe I should change my user name. There are 3 and a half (old) points in a bagel.
Will have a look on line.

Lost a stone since Jan on the new system - far prefer it to the old, it's so much less restrictive!

I went to a couple of meeting just to get my head around the new system and pick up some of the tools I'd need, but now I pay for the online subscription only, and it works fine for me!
