I've got 2 under 2 and am sick of being the size I am but rather than join WW or another club (for the moment anyhow) I just want to make some healthier substitutions and get out of my rutAny meal ideas gratefully accepted!
spal bol - using quorn mince (or lean beef) padded out with veggies and chopped tomatoes, poured over either cauliflower or small helping brown rice or pasta.poached salmon and steamed veggieswhite fish cooked in passata with veggies.stir fry veggies with chicken / quorn pieces / tofu.
