was gonna do dukan diet with dh but after eating breakfast -the thought of that much meat[urgh] so decided to swap to slimming world and do a red day [did slimming world years ago]So today I have hadbreakfast- 2 eggs scrambled, 3slices ham, 4 homemade chicken meatballs and 1 tablespoon cottage cheese.2 coffees with semi skimmed milkA mullerlight3 glasses diet cokeroasted chicken with broccoli, eggplant, peppers, carrot, onion, mushroomstir fried in 2 tablespoons of olive oil[can't get dryfry here-not seen it yet anyway]Is this ok?What would be the healthy extrasand can I have a g and t laterhelp??

Hi all looks good!Your Olive Oil can actually be used as a Healthy Extra if you want You have between 5 & 15 syns a day, so if you use your oil as a HEB then you don't need to count syns for it.HEx on an Original day can include potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, cereal, soups, among others.
