Slimming worlder's..

I need some evening snack ideas. I get hungry in evening, I do try and drink something etc. But it doesn't always work. Medication I'm on increases appetite, so looking for some free/low syn snacks. Have tries fruit, but it isn't working!

Any ideas?

Do you like rice? you know dessert rice is free made up with water?

Muller lights?

Chicken/ham/beef all free on the Ex Easy plan.

Fridge raider are all lowish in syns (4.5 - around 6 depending on flavour)

Crush up a meringue (3-5syns) with a toffee Muller light and a banana - Banoffee ish!
Save yey healthy B till the evening?
Mackerel dip: Get 2 mackerel fillets, blend with FF nat yog,pepper and lemon and dip raw veg into it.

I save my B options for the evenings....right about the time it is now actually. I'll have cheese & grapes, or bread with butter & jam (syns) or the Alpen light bars.

I tend to have fruit salad for lunch & red days. I do munch crispy bacon strips too, or gobble a massive plateful of slimming world chips (with ketchup)
