Afraid I have only heard bad things. Bullying, humiliation and long term injuries.
I wouldn't go there myself.

Would love to do that sort of thing . I think it is a shame there are so few public adult trim trails.

What area is in it roughly? I have heard great things about one in the s.w run by an acquaintance.

I really enjoyed the bootcamps I did and the ones outside were the best - even in the rain. Its so much fun if you like circuit training type things and they really work you hard so you get fit. Before I had ds I went to one regularly and found I got into all sorts of fitness things I would never have dreamed of before like running a 10K for charity. Its amazing how these things can help you achieve in other areas. Do it!!!
