Just wondering if this could be a good one to follow... Is it best to join via internet or buy the book to follow (assuming there is a book)? Is it a low-carb diet?Are there recommended snacks that fit in with the diet- eg for mid afternoon?Is it easy?Is there lots of measurement? TIA
