this is awesome

Adjust chilli to taste.

It works very nicely to do that seasoning mix with belly pork or ribs, and over bake.

I no carb and eat a fair amount of tuna - often mixed with cheese, sometimes I grill it if feeling v adventurous.

Whole chicken and bacon joint cooked on a Sunday so it can be in the fridge for snacking purposes. I try and keep some cauli cheese in the fridge too for if I want something stodgy.

Jelly! Great for nibbles and dead cheap.

Halloumi? I love grilling halloumi.

Do you like shell fish?

M&S do double packs of fresh prawns for £5.

Each double pack has enough for four meals for one person. So that's £1.25 per meal excluding anythnig youw ant to go with it.

They are segmented too so you spilt the packs and freeze them. I love prawn stir frys and veg etc are quite cheap to buy with it.

I buy them all the time.

PS Do you mean jelly as in the gelatin desserts?

Is that really low carb? It's full of sugar surely which can't be good?
