Hi - I am seriously considering visiting a therapist for this. I am not intending it as the "lazy way" - I have already made changes in diet and excersise - but feel I need help with will power and motivation.
Need to make a decision quite soon and am wondering if any of you have ever been to a therapist and if so how useful you found it.
