I'm trying to do very low fat and I cook normal meals but use that frylight stuff instead of oil.

Today I had pasta with a garlic/tomato/mushroom sauce.

I cook risottos, curries, pasta, baked potatoes anything really.

For snacks I'm having mainly fruit with a 100cal treat.

Yes - more or less (apart from a quarter of a brownie when out for a coffee this afternoon grin).

Lots of recipes can be made by just omitting the fat - or use frylight as Shaxx suggests.

I eat a lot of jacket potatoes - with prawns/baked beans/cottage cheese plus lots of salad.

Chicken - endless recipes.

Last night I did a spag bol for all of us, using extra lean mince and no added oil - just had a small portion.

Snacks mostly fruit, oatcakes are nice.

Have you looked at Rosemary Conely website/magazine? Very good recipe ideas. Good luck.
