Been doing lots of reading around weightloss, esp. intuitive eating, the whole 'stop when you're full' thing - Geneen Roth, Susie Orbach, Beyond Chocolate, Paul McKenna, etc - they all advise ditching the scales, but is it really possible?
I had limited success with Paul McKenna after DS but somehow lost confidence in it, stopped listening to the CDs and stopped losing weight.
DD2 is now 16 weeks and, although I haven't (daren't) weighed myself, my clothes definitely aren't any looser. Do I need the motivation of a weekly weigh-in or can anyone reassure me they've lost weight by going on how they feel in their clothes?
