I've lost about a stone and a half since DD was born 9 months ago. I still have half a stone to lose, but a few weeks of visitors, travelling and illness have meant I haven't been exercising, and have lost the motivatin to eat healthily. The past few days I've eaten at least 2 mince pies, 2 chocolate bars and a bag of crisps as well as my 3 meals a day. I need to stop. I'm finding it harder to exercise as well, as DD seems to be dropping her morning nap, which is when I would usually wokr out. And the cold weather and snow have made my weekend run much less tempting.
If I keep this up, I'm not only not going to lose any more, but I'm going to get fatter. I need some advice, or at least a kick up the arse!
