Hi, I'm turning 30 in January and really want to lose some weight by then. DD2 was born in April and I breastfed for 5 months and the weight loss was quite quick. I am currently at my pre-pregnancy weight.The problem is, I'm a full dress size bigger!This is mainly due to the excess tummy fat/saggy skin! Trousers/jeans etc look awful on so I'm still in leggings and long tops constantly.I watched my friends wedding DVD last week and could actually have cried at the size I was! So I would like to lose 2.5 - 3 stone (I don't know how realistic this is) but I would like to lose 1.5 stone before my 30th! My DD1 is 2.2yo and DD2 is 7.5mo. I really don't have a lot of spare time for exercise but try to get out with double buggy when I can but DD1 prefers to walk now, which takes AGES!! So where should I start? Who wants to join me? Lola - Dietwise Slimming world worked for me.Exercise wise : Wii FIt/ EA sports active (for the wii) or DVD Jillian Micheals 30 day shred (we have a thread on here (shredheads))gets results pretty fast.
