Veils - 1 their or 2? Which would match my dress?

Tried on some lovely and stupidly expensive 2 tier veils with my dress, fingertip length seemed nicest, but I can't really afford them so will look online and customise it a bit when it arrives. However the secondhand veils I've seen in oxfam and online pics seem quite bouffanty with 2 tiers, anyone bought one? How did it look? Wedding is very soon! Here's the dress....

How soon is the wedding?

I think the bouffanty-ness is more to do with the gather than the two layers but I could be wrong - just waiting for mine to arrive at the moment...
