Center Parcs Hen Do - Anyone done this?

I'm organising a weekend for my best friends hen do to Center Parcs as she doesn't really want a drunk fuelled night and thought this would be nice and relaxing. I know Center Parcs get funny re hen night bookings but we're just going to say it's a girly get together and we won't be gallivanting about in hen do attire so fingers crossed this will be okay. Anything we do hen related will be in the lodges. I wondered if anyone had any ideas on things we can do as a group (there will be about 15 of us). Obviously there is the spa and I was thinking I could do a cocktail night in the lodge one evening. Does anyone else have any other ideas/tips or advice?

TBH, I can't imagine why anyone would want to have their hen night at Center Parcs - it's full of families with small children.

I organised one for my friend - they knew we were a hen party, but were all over 30 do they were OK.

The spa was great, and we went back on an evening too which was fab in the dark.

We did a dinner/disco thing one night which was a great laugh, and tbh, by the time we'd done a nice brekkie, lunch, cream tea, and swimming, there wasn't too much time for lots of other things, and it was nice to just chill out. I think we did go on pedalos though Grin

I did think that but actually when I've been I've seen several groups of adults and I've heard of lots of people doing quiet hen do's and this is what she wants to do so really I have to go with her suggestions!

Do a team challenge if the girls are not pregnant, the high ropes or similar

If someone is pregnant then just a game of tennis or something you would not usually do

The spa at night is a must

Avoid early times at the pool, too many kids. Tea time is much better

If you are still there on Monday book manicures or hair treatment to make bride feel great before she goes home

I went to a hen do at Crieff Hydro which is kind of similar. We went quadbiking and played crazy golf and went to the spa during the day and had cocktails and played silly drinking games at night.

Could you hire a karaoke machine maybe?

We went on a women only weekend to the longleat one. We booked the top of the range villa that slept 8 so it didn`t cost too much for the villa between 8. we swam, ate, drank, bowled, walked, chatted. We had a hottub and sauna and steam room in the villa and enjoyed that immensely.
