Keeping my son's bedroom warm in the winter

Hello, do you have a recommendation for a heater (ideally with built-in thermostat that can be adjusted and set to a particular temperature) for a young-child's bedroom at night?

We usually turn the central heating off at night and have it set to come on very early (like most people) but would like to keep the temperature constant in our son's room.

Don't want a fan heater/anything that blows air.

What do you use/do?

Thanks in advance 😊

I’ve always been a heat off at night kind of person. No radiators on in kids rooms after dinner time. Unless you live in a very old/ cold house then that’s different. But I’m too scared of kids overheating. In winter we just have cotton pjs, duvet and then an extra blanket on top. I’d be paranoid about having a heater in a young kids room

We have an electric heater with a thermostat, might be a Dimplex one.

Oil filled electric radiator. The temp controls are not always very accurate but a bit of adjustment and you get the right level. Some have a built in timer.
