Oybbk- winter 2013/14 thoughts?

I heard water cooler chat that it is going to be a bad bad winter and although I know is far too early I thought you might have a view on that, however heavily cAveated?

I've put my tuppence worth on this thread its a bit buried in the posts at the moment. I'll update at the end of the month to see if any of the indicators have shifted one way or another. (but it will still all be wrong anyway )
