Autumn 2011

I know it is difficult to predict this far ahead, but do any of you weather experts have any ideas about what the autumn will be like?

It feels like autumn already - getting colder, nights drawing in, leaves falling from the trees, ripe blackberries etc. Has autumn started, or is an indian summer going to sneak in just to confuse us?

Last year the snow and really cold weather came in November and December, so autumn seemed quite short, is that likely to happen again this year?
