rain in the north

warnings now issued for parts of the north for heavy rain.

let me know how it goes, parts down here have had two inches with no warnings issued, despite it being known (apparently) in advance. a lot of flooding (two foot in parts of bournemouth) in places. We've had 30mm, with surface flooding.

met office warning system is sometimes a bit odd.
