DS is almost 7 months, we'll be blw mainly and we haven't started yet, apart from a few licks of homemade curry sauce on Sunday night and grinding various sticks of veg into the table cloth.
Until now he's been exc bf and I can't remember if I can give him dairy now? I don't remember expressing milk to put in DS1's food so I'm guessing it's now.
Is there a chart anywhere with what to avoid until when? I know honey's a no-no until 12 months but I can't remember anything else!
