When to wean your baby onto solid food? And how to do it? Read (purée-splattered) tips from other Mumsnetters
Take the coating off and they should be ok.
as abovethe fish is fine, the processed batter / breadcrumbs will be salty
nay. too processed and too salty. (unless you do as diedandgonetodevon suggests and you remove the crispy stuff.)
yes, coating off. And fine as long as they don't eat them every day. Makes life easier when there's an older sibling eating them.
According to my fish fingers, they have 0.2g of salt each. If she isn't having any other preprepared food, then its no problem
Check the labels - Asda own brand are lower salt than other brands they sell. I have given them once or twice - keep meaning to make my own!
