yes, coating off. And fine as long as they don't eat them every day. Makes life easier when there's an older sibling eating them.

According to my fish fingers, they have 0.2g of salt each. If she isn't having any other preprepared food, then its no problem

Check the labels - Asda own brand are lower salt than other brands they sell. I have given them once or twice - keep meaning to make my own!
